What Is This Program?

DealerAutoPilot is an AI-powered communication system used by car dealerships to help customers schedule service appointments, test drives, and other dealership visits. When you interact with a DealerAutoPilot-powered dealership — by phone or by text — you may receive automated text messages to keep you informed about your appointment.

This page describes the DealerAutoPilot SMS Messaging program: what messages you can expect, how you opted in, and how to stop them at any time.

Messages You May Receive

We send only transactional messages directly related to your appointment or inquiry. These include:

Appointment confirmations — a text right after your appointment is booked
Day-before reminders — a heads-up 24 hours before your scheduled visit
Day-of reminders — a reminder a couple hours before you're due in
Missed appointment follow-up — if you weren't able to make it, a friendly check-in with a reschedule option
Vehicle information — details about a specific vehicle you asked about during your call or text conversation
Test drive confirmations — booking confirmation and reminders for scheduled test drives

            No marketing messages.
            We do not send promotions, sales pitches, or marketing blasts. Every message we send is directly related to an appointment or request you made.
        

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 3 messages per appointment (confirmation + reminder + day-of reminder). You will never receive unsolicited marketing texts from this program.

How You Opted In

You are enrolled in this program when you:

Provide your phone number during a call with a DealerAutoPilot-powered dealership, or
Text a phone number operated by a DealerAutoPilot-powered dealership

By providing your phone number or texting a DealerAutoPilot-powered number, you consent to receive automated text messages from that dealership through the DealerAutoPilot SMS Messaging program.

How to Stop Messages

Opt out any time — just reply to any message. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of these keywords:

STOP UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT

After you reply with one of these keywords, you will receive a final one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Your opt-out is immediate and permanent unless you re-enroll.

Message and data rates may apply. DealerAutoPilot SMS messages are delivered over standard carrier networks. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply. DealerAutoPilot does not charge you for text messages directly — any charges are between you and your wireless carrier.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US wireless carriers. Message delivery is not guaranteed for all carriers or in all areas.

Your Privacy

Your phone number and any information you share during conversations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. Your information is used only to facilitate your dealership interaction.
