❓ "Is $699 just for one location?"
Yes — each location requires its own subscription. The upside is each location gets its own dedicated Eve with its own inventory, hours, and team configuration. Multi-location discounts are available on Premier.
❓ "What does the setup fee cover?"
The $750–$1,500 one-time fee covers inventory import, phone number provisioning, Eve's initial configuration (hours, departments, scripts), team onboarding, and your first training session. There's no ongoing setup cost — future changes are self-serve via Master Control.
❓ "Why should we pay for Growth vs. just getting Sales AI?"
Growth adds the service department coverage, which is where most dealers leave the most money on the table from missed calls. Plus you get the analytics dashboard, team workspace for your staff, and manager visibility. Most dealers see the service ROI alone cover the price difference within 60 days.
❓ "Can we upgrade later?"
Yes. You can upgrade to any higher tier at any time. The pro-rated difference is applied to your next invoice. Downgrading is subject to the 30-day notice cancellation policy.
❓ "What if we cancel?"
Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Data is deleted within 30 days of account close.
